The foundation is the experience of Design Thinking based on a real topic. In small teams, the participants experience both the added value of user interviews and quick prototype construction. We use this experience to reflect on the Design Thinking mindset and transfer it to the everyday life of a manager. In a further step, we examine four concrete practices of agile managers in detail.
