The HPI d-school – Professional Development (formerly: HPI Academy) of the Hasso Plattner Institute offers continuing education and certifications for professionals in Design Thinking, IT & Digitalization, Innovation & Transformation and Leadership.

Located on the campus of the Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI) in Potsdam-Babelsberg, our customers benefit from a unique atmosphere: university excellence in IT meets creative innovation methods. Our training programs provide our participants with a mindset and methods to successfully shape innovation, transformation and change processes themselves.
