Program Overview

Block 1: Basics

Module 1: DT Mindset & Process (3 Days, on site).
This workshop gives participants the opportunity to expand their understanding of Design Thinking, from a practitioner and coach perspective. There is an in-depth examination of the two core elements of design thinking: the mindset and the process. Both aspects will be examined more closely in an interplay of inputs, versatile exercises and subsequent reflection, and brought into line with the respective prior understandings. With a view to the transition to the second module, the focus of reflection is always on the coach perspective.

Module 2: Team Coaching & Facilitation (3 Days, on site)
Different emphases are placed on the essential components of team coaching. Thus, at the beginning, the focus is on procedural support, while the second half of the workshop focuses on recognizing and dealing with different team dynamics. Throughout the training, our experienced HPI Academy coaches provide continuous, intensive support and personal feedback to all participants.

Problem solving, innovation and team dynamics

The excellently put together program goes beyond the conventional teaching of design thinking. In doing so, it challenged not only my own approach to coaching, but also how I look at problem solving, innovation, and team dynamics. My highlights were the incredibly intelligent and diverse group of participants and the experienced HPI coaches. It was only through their competent and individual support and extensive feedback that I was able to grow as a coach. It has truly been an incredible and enlightening journey these past few months! I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is interested in becoming an enabler of change processes and wants to build their own skills.
