For over 15 years, the HPI d–school has stood for the promotion of design thinking as the key to innovation and transformation processes. Our core competence helps us in our own transformation and our human-centered design principles are the compass for our own journey of re-design. The design thinking mindset – from people-centricity to understanding problems, collaborating in diverse teams and embracing uncertainty – is crucial to navigating the uncertainties of transformation.
The past few years have been characterized by great success. We would like to thank our dedicated students and professionals, the creative and passionate HPI d–school team and our partners. But we know that innovation is not possible without change. That is why we are combining our strengths in teaching, professional development and research into a new chapter – the HPI d–school.
