With her background as a designer, Franziska accompanies and empowers teams to develop human centered ideas and product visions and to make them tangible. Through experimentation and prototyping she works with teams to explore how and where an idea could potentially create value and is always driven to observe and listen deeply in order to develop products, processes and services that respond to ever-changing user needs and contexts.
