Andrea Rhinow

Andrea has over 10 years of experience with Design Thinking from different perspectives. She has worked as both a project member, coach, and program lead.
She joined the HPI Professional Development Team in September 2022 as Program Lead Leadership for Innovation and Agility. She is responsible for leadership training in design thinking, agility and innovation. She also designs and leads design thinking workshops for companies and institutions.
