Design Thinking Advanced

The workshop "Design Thinking Advanced" is a format for participants with design thinking experience. The course builds on what has already been learned and enables the participants to practice the most frequently used methods and tools in Design Thinking intensively and in this way gain confidence in the implementation. This workshop focuses on the application and reflection of methods and tools.

Design Thinking Advanced - a workshop at the HPI Academy

Since 2009, several thousand professionals from all industries have got to know Design Thinking on the campus of the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam. Many of them already use the methods in their daily work and in the context of innovation projects. At the same time, it has become apparent that many professionals need to refresh these methods and tools under the guidance of experienced coaches in order to achieve even greater target certainty in practical use.

The new workshop "Design Thinking Advanced" builds on current basic training courses. The course offers participants the opportunity to train and reflect on the most commonly used methods and tools in design thinking together with other design thinkers and to exchange their own project experience.

Target Group

The "Design Thinking Advanced" course is aimed at all participants who have already come into contact with Design Thinking and are now looking for application security in the methods and tools.

The participants work in small teams on a company-relevant challenge. They use methods and tools from the design thinking process and reflect their previous experience with these tools.
