You want your team to use Design Thinking? The HPI Academy is experienced in creating individual coaching concepts that guide you through your innovationprojects.

Design Thinking is a structured approach to innovation that creates user-centric products, services or experiences through multidisciplinary teams, flexible working environments and a creative process. The formats of the HPI Academy support you in learning the methods of Design Thinking and/or applying them to your own projects.

We are driven by our passion and enthusiasm for Design Thinking and IT. Our expertise and profound experience with numerous projects make us a competent and reliable partner.

Your safety is our top priority

Due to Covid-19, we are currently conducting our workshops in small groups and observing the recommended rules of conduct.

All workshops are conducted under high hygiene standards

The workshop rooms are continuously well ventilated and we have a large garden where some of the sessions will take place in good weather.

Our rooms allow for a safety distance of at least 1.5 meters.

Our gastronomy services guarantees that coffee breaks and lunch can be taken in accordance with the regulations.

On site, our employees ensure that everything runs smoothly and that hygiene standards are observed.

Our cleaning concept was adapted to the current situation and the cleaning frequency has been increased.

Short cancellation periods: Please continue to book your preferred event dates. You can rebook all* events booked with us up to and including December 2020 to another date free of charge up to 3 days before the event begins.

* With the exception of the format "Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation," and the online course: Strategic Design Thinking For Every Day. The following applies to "Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation": If you are unable to participate at short notice due to the current situation, we offer you the option of postponing your participation until the next cycle of the program. For the online course: Strategic Design Thinking For Every Day, the cancellation periods of the GTC apply.
