Design Thinking ... and then what?
Every design thinking project, no matter how inspiring, comes to an end at some point. But what actually happens after Design Thinking? Design Thinking describes a clear process with which teams can specifically come up with good new ideas. But “afterwards” the process is often not so clear. Unfortunately, in practice this often means that the momentum behind the ideas is quickly overtaken by daily business – and in the worst case scenario, they disappear into a drawer.
Goals
- Continue the process effectively and see it as a leadership mandate
- Get to know frameworks that further structure the procedure
